and dried

 1 giant rusty jingle bell available at Hobby Lobby
 1 – 6” scrap of black and cream checked homespun (for the cap)
 1 – 14” strip of green and white homespun (for the scarf)
 Krylon Indoor/Outdoor Flat White Paint
 Deco Art Easy Float
 Americana Acrylic Sealer/Finisher Matte
 Hot Glue Gun and glue

