Why is my shipping so high? We ship out of our warehouse in Urbana, Ohio. Shipping costs come direct from the carrier (USPS or UPS) and are based on the total weight on the order. If we can ship your order USPS flat rate and save you money, we will do so and issue a refund for any overage. We always double check freight upon processing and if there is an overage, we will issue a refund. Please note: If your order contains an aerosol product, it has to ship via UPS Ground and cannot go via the mail.
Can you backorder my out of stock items? We do not accept backorders.
Do you price match? No, we do not price match with other retailers nor do we honor future sales on past purchases.
What is MDF? 99% of our laser cut items are made from MDF. MDF is defined as medium-density fibreboard. It is an engineered wood product made by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibres, often in a defibrator, combining it with a binder, and forming it into panels by applying high temperature and pressure. MDF is generally denser than plywood and is not cardboard or particle board.
How do I prepare MDF for painting? We recommend sealing MDF first with your favorite sealer and then sanding lightly. MDF should not be sanded before painting.
